目的:观察芪参健骨颗粒的抗炎镇痛作用。方法:将小鼠分为模型对照组,芪参健骨颗粒低、中、高剂量给药组和阳性对照双氯芬酸钠组,ig给药剂量分别为22.5,45,90,0.009 g.kg-1,观察药物对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的影响。将大鼠分为模型对照组,芪参健骨颗粒低、中、高剂量给药组和阳性对照双氯芬酸钠组,ig给药剂量分别为15,30,60,0.006 g.kg-1,观察药物对蛋清所致足跖肿胀影响。以此考察芪参健骨颗粒的抗炎作用;采用小鼠热板法和小鼠醋酸扭体实验(分组、给药剂量同耳廓肿胀实验),考察芪参健骨颗粒的镇痛作用。结果:芪参健骨颗粒3个剂量组和双氯芬酸钠组ig给药能有效防治二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀(抑制率分别为13%,12%,16%,28%)和10%蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀(中剂量效果最佳);能有效抑制小鼠热板和乙酸所致的疼痛(抑制率分别为18%,39%,93%,73%;12%,25%,48%,79%),并呈现一定的剂量相关性。结论:芪参健骨颗粒对急性炎症反应、热刺激和乙酸致痛有明显的抑制作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Qishen Jiangu granules. Methods: The mice were divided into model control group, low, medium and high dosage of Qishen Jiangu granules group and diclofenac sodium positive group, the dosage of ig was 22.5,45,90,0.009 g.kg-1 , Observe the drug on the impact of xylene-induced mouse ear swelling. In order to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Qishenjiangyu granule; to study the analgesic effect of Qishenjiangyu granule by using hot plate method in mice and mouse acetic acid writhing experiment (grouping, administration dose and ear swollen experiment). RESULTS: The ig administration of QSTG and diclofenac sodium group could effectively prevent and cure the auricle swelling caused by xylene in mice (inhibition rates were 13%, 12%, 16% and 28%, respectively) and 10 % Egg white induced rat paw swelling (the best dose); can effectively inhibit the hot plate and acetic acid-induced pain in mice (inhibition rates were 18%, 39%, 93%, 73%; 12% , 25%, 48%, 79%), and showed a certain dose-related. Conclusion: Qishenjiangyu granule has obvious inhibitory effect on acute inflammatory reaction, thermal stimulation and acetic acid induced pain.
