本文通过测定豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞培养液中的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性和细胞钾含量,研究了柠檬酸铝(以下简称柠铝)抗二氧化硅细胞毒作用的主要方式。结果说明, (1)柠铝主要作用于二氧化硅表面,降低其毒性,同时二者间作用的速度是非常之快的;(2)柠铝对细胞也有一定的直接作用;(3)当细胞已吞噬二氧化硅粉尘时,再给柠铝,未显示其抗二氧化硅细胞毒的作用。 以往的实验已经证明,柠铝具有明显抗二氧化硅细胞毒的作用,并且有一定的剂量—反应关系,本实验的目的是,进一步探讨柠铝保护巨噬细胞的主要作用方式,为深入研究柠铝防治矽肺的作用机理积累资料,并为临床和矽尘作业现场合理使用柠铝提供一定的实验依据。
In this paper, the main way of anti-silica cytotoxicity of aluminum citrate was studied by measuring the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and the content of potassium in alveolar macrophage culture medium of guinea pigs. Previous experiments have shown that the aluminum has a clear anti-silica cytotoxic effect, and there is a dose-response relationship, the purpose of this experiment is to further explore the main mode of action of lemon aluminum to protect macrophages, in-depth study The mechanism of action of preventing and treating silicosis of lemon aluminum accumulates data and provides some experimental evidences for the rational use of limonite for the clinical and silica dust operations.
