将乙烯装置副产物C9馏分油与马来酸酐 (MA)共聚合 ,再将共聚物进行磺化、皂化反应 ,在C9馏分油活性组分与MA的物质的量比为 1∶1,温度为 90℃的聚合反应条件下 ,通过调节引发剂浓度 ,合成出一组具有不同平均相对分子质量的C9-MA水溶性石油树脂 .将此产品用作混凝土高效减水剂 ,评价了其性能 ,结果表明 ,最大减水率达 19.6 % ,混凝土强度在 72h增长最大幅度为 45 .8% ,用C9-MA水溶性石油树脂替代萘系减水剂具有可开发前景 .
The ethylene plant by-product C9 distillate and maleic anhydride (MA) copolymerization, and then the copolymer sulfonation, saponification reaction, the active ingredient in the C9 distillate and MA material ratio of 1: 1, at a temperature of A series of C9-MA water-soluble petroleum resin with different average relative molecular mass were synthesized by adjusting the concentration of initiator under the condition of 90 ℃ polymerization reaction.It was used as concrete superplasticizer to evaluate its properties and the results The results show that the maximum water-reducing rate is 19.6% and the maximum strength of concrete is 45.8% at 72h. The prospect of developing naphthalene superplasticizer with C9-MA water-soluble petroleum resin is promising.
