目的探讨肺癌肿瘤抑制因子1(TSLC1)与男性不育的关系。方法首先免疫小鼠制备TSLC1单克隆抗体(McAb),然后分别选取30份正常组和40份不育组精液标本,Percoll梯度离心分成精浆和精子,将分离出的精子与制备出的McAb做免疫组织化学染色,对结果进行统计学分析。结果所有正常生育组精子的TSLC1蛋白表达均为阳性。在不育组中,30例弱精子症患者,25例TSLC1蛋白表达为阴性,10例少精子症患者,8例TSLC1蛋白表达为阴性。正常组与弱精子症组、少精子症组差异分别有统计学意义(P<0.001),弱精子症组与少精子症组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精子中TSLC 1蛋白的低表达或不表达与男性不育密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between lung cancer tumor suppressor 1 (TSLC1) and male infertility. Methods First, the mice were immunized with monoclonal antibody against TSLC1 (McAb). Then, 30 normal and 40 infertile semen samples were collected. Percoll gradient centrifugation was used to separate seminal plasma and sperm. The isolated sperm were incubated with the prepared McAb Immunohistochemical staining, the results were statistically analyzed. Results The TSLC1 protein expression of all normal fertile groups was positive. In the infertility group, 30 cases of asthenospermia patients, 25 cases of TSLC1 protein expression was negative, 10 cases of oligospermia patients, 8 cases of TSLC1 protein was negative. The difference between normal group and asthenospermia group and oligospermia group was statistically significant (P <0.001). There was no significant difference between asthenospermia group and oligospermia group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The low or no TSLC 1 expression in sperm is closely related to male infertility.
