Execution is in place both reflects the overall quality of enterprises, but also reflects the manager’s role positioning. The role of the manager is not just to formulate strategies and issue orders, but more importantly to be executive. The key to execution is to influence employee behavior through corporate culture, so the important role of manager is to create a corporate executive culture. How to cultivate subordinates’ executive ability is the key to enhance the overall execution of the enterprise.
