双醛低聚异麦芽糖的制备及其与无铬多金属结合鞣革的性能

采用高碘酸钠氧化低聚异麦芽糖(IMO)使邻二羟基成为双醛基,得到双醛低聚异麦芽糖(IMODA),通过电位滴定法测定不同反应条件下的醛基含量,优化得到最佳氧化条件,并对其进行了傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)测试。IMODA与锆-铝-钛配合鞣剂结合鞣制,考察了鞣剂加入顺序和用量对鞣制效果的影响。结果显示氧化的最佳反应条件为:反应物摩尔比1∶1,温度4℃,反应时间48h,醛基含量为69%。鞣制结果表明,最佳鞣制方案为先加IMODA 2%预鞣,再加无铬多金属鞣剂(ZT01)20%(液剂)。鞣制得到的白湿革收缩温度达到91.9℃,耐水洗性良好,综合质量评价优秀。 Oxidation of Isomaltooligosaccharides (IMO) by sodium periodate to make ortho-dihydroxy groups into bis-aldehyde groups gives dialdehyde isomalto-oligosaccharide (IMODA). The content of aldehyde groups under different reaction conditions was determined by potentiometric titration, Good oxidation conditions, and its Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) test. IMODA and zirconium - aluminum - titanium tanning agent combined tanning, tanning agent investigated the order and dosage on the tanning effect. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of reactants was 1: 1, the temperature was 4 ℃, the reaction time was 48h and the content of aldehyde was 69%. Tanning results show that the best tanning program is pre-tanned with 2% IMODA plus 20% (liquid) of a chrome-free multi-metal tanning agent (ZT01). Shrinkage temperature of white wet leather obtained tanning reached 91.9 ℃, washable good, comprehensive quality evaluation is excellent.
