我院自1988年1～4月底于1412例甲型肝炎(下称甲肝)中同时检出乙型肝炎病毒标志阳性者153例(10.8％),伴有e抗原者22例,伴有e抗体者40例。患者年龄集中在21～40岁之间,其中21～30岁中伴e抗原的男女患者均较伴e抗体组多,男与女之比为2∶1;而伴e抗体者在此年龄组内男与女之比相近。
153 cases (10.8%) of hepatitis B virus positive were detected in 1412 cases of hepatitis A (hepatitis A) in our hospital from January to the end of 1988, 22 cases were accompanied by e antigen and e antibody 40 cases. Patients aged between 21 to 40 years of age, including 21 to 30 years of age with e antigen in patients with e and more patients with e antibody group, male to female ratio of 2: 1; and e with antibodies in this age group The ratio of male to female is similar.
