目的:探究在小儿急性阑尾炎诊断时,使用尿常规检验与C–反应蛋白诊断的价值。方法:将2012年1月至2017年1月尉氏县人民医院收治的40例小儿急性阑尾炎患儿作为研究对象,分别实施尿常规检验与C–反应蛋白检验,统计和比较不同诊断方法的准确率。结果:观察组患儿的诊断准确率95.0%高于对照组80.0%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿急性阑尾炎尿常规检验与C–反应蛋白诊断均能够对患儿病情做出反映,但是C–反应蛋白诊断的准确性更高。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of routine urine test and C-reactive protein in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children. Methods: Forty infants with acute appendicitis in children admitted to Weishi County People’s Hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study. The urinary routine test and C-reactive protein test were performed respectively. The accuracy and accuracy of different diagnostic methods rate. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 95.0% higher than that of the control group (80.0%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Urine routine examination and C-reactive protein in children with acute appendicitis can both reflect the condition of children, but the diagnostic accuracy of C-reactive protein is higher.
