1975年5月至1977年3月,我们以高压氧疗法为主治疗一氧化碳(CO)中毒59例,效果较好,介绍如下: 一、治疗方法将患者放在密闭加压舱内,逐渐压缩空气,经15～30分钟达到2.5个大气压。患者通过活瓣式面罩吸纯氧,40分钟×2,二次吸氧间隔20分钟。第二次吸氧结束,开始减压,经35～50分钟恢复常压出舱。中度中毒者每日治疗一次,不超过3次。严重中毒者,清醒前每日治疗2～3次,清醒后或治疗2～3天仍未清醒者改为每日1次。总治疗次数视病情而定。重度昏迷者,进舱加压前均行鼓膜穿刺。
From May 1975 to March 1977, we used hyperbaric oxygen therapy to treat carbon monoxide (CO) poisoning in 59 cases.
