肾小球疾病是目前我国最常见的肾脏疾病。尿液蛋白质种类和数量的变化携带着肾小球疾病发生和发展的各种重要信息,尿蛋白质组学的研究为肾小球疾病的早期诊断、评估预后及监测治疗反应提供了一种无创性的手段。本文着重介绍尿蛋白质组学在肾小球疾病中的最新研究进展,并简要概括尿蛋白质组学研究相关技术及其局限性。
Glomerular disease is the most common kidney disease in our country. Changes in the type and amount of urine proteins carry a variety of important information about the occurrence and development of glomerular diseases. Urinary proteomics research provides a noninvasive method for the early diagnosis of glomerular diseases, prognosis assessment and monitoring response to treatment s method. This article highlights the recent advances in urinary proteomics in glomerular diseases and briefly summarizes the relevant technologies and limitations of urinary proteomics research.
