WJ931500真空清洗机的开发—《工业加热》,1992,vol29,№3,45~53(日) 迄今,热处理生产线的脱脂清洗近80%采用三氯乙烷蒸气清洗方式。三氯乙烷与氟利昂相同,是破坏臭氧层的元凶,本世纪内必须完全废除。因此,日本东方工程公司最近开发了完全不使用这种碱性有机溶剂的真空清洗装置。文章概述了清洗装置的开发动向,着重介绍了新开发的真空清洗装置的清洗原理、设备构成、清洗工艺流程及其在烧结制品清洗处理中的实际应用。给出了真空清洗机的系统构成框图。图9幅,照片1张,参考文献5种。
WJ931500 Vacuum Cleaner Development - Industrial Heating, 1992, vol29, №3,45 ~ 53 (Japan) Hitherto, almost 80% of the degreasing cleaning of the heat treatment line is carried out by the trichloroethane vapor cleaning method. Trichlorethane is the same as freon and is the culprit that destroys the ozone layer and must be completely abolished within this century. Therefore, Nihon Keibai Engineering Co., Ltd. has recently developed a vacuum cleaning device which does not use such a basic organic solvent at all. The paper summarizes the development trend of the cleaning device, emphatically introduces the cleaning principle, the equipment structure, the cleaning process and the practical application in the cleaning treatment of the newly developed vacuum cleaning device. The system block diagram of the vacuum cleaner is given. Figure 9 picture, a photo, 5 references.
