介绍了大秦线HXD2电力机车制动控制系统中应用的2种新型中继阀性能参数,重点分析了P1K型及1P1E型中继阀的结构特性及基本工作原理。P1K型及1P1E型中继阀均为带一个先导压力的中继阀,其输出压力与先导压力成线性关系,可在电力机车制动控制系统中既实现传统中继阀的中继功能,又可实现小流量控制,精确输出大流量预设压力空气。
Two kinds of new relay valve performance parameters used in the brake control system for HXD2 electric locomotive in Daqin Line are introduced, and the structural characteristics and basic working principle of P1K and 1P1E relay valves are analyzed emphatically. P1K and 1P1E type relay valves are relay valves with a pilot pressure. The output pressure is linear with the pilot pressure, which can not only realize the relay function of the traditional relay valve in the electric locomotive brake control system, Can achieve a small flow control, accurate output of large flow pre-pressure air.
