经调查分析,笔者认为,目前我区农村妇幼保健工作存在以下十个问题: 1、农村妇幼保健网络不健全就我区情况看,无接生员村占34％,男乡医兼任接生员的占21.3％,不便于接生工作的开展。 2、农村妇幼保健队伍新老青黄不接 50年代、60年代培养的接生员年迈体弱,75％的人员已经不能胜任接生工作,70年代培养的接生员文化水平普遍较低,对两个系统管理中的表格要求达不到,需要进一步系统培训、知识更新,近几年没有进行人才培养以弥补不足,困难很大。
After investigation and analysis, the author believes that the current rural maternity and child health care work in our district has the following ten problems: 1. The rural maternal and child health care network is not perfect. As for the situation in our district, the number of non-receiving students in the village accounts for 34%, and male township doctors take part in the birth attendance. 21.3%, it is not easy to carry out the delivery work. 2. The maternal and child health care teams in rural areas do not receive the birth attendants born in the 1950s and 1960s. Fifty-five percent of the staff are no longer qualified for delivery. The culture of midwives trained in the 1970s is generally low. The form requirements cannot be met and further system training and knowledge update are needed. In recent years, no personnel training has been carried out to make up for deficiencies, which is very difficult.
