用溶胶-凝胶法研制二苯蒽-二氧化硅试剂相.试剂相在有机溶剂中稳定,未见探针泄漏.应用于测定正己烷中单质疏,在1.0~50.0μg·mL-1浓度范围内单质硫浓度C与lg(F0/F)成线性,检出限为0.3μg·mL-1,方法的平均回收率为103±4.4%,日内、日间精密度为1.8%~7.2%.
Preparation of dibenzyl anthracene - silica reagent phase by sol - gel method. The reagent phase is stable in organic solvents and no probe leaks. The method was applied to the determination of simple substance sparseness in n-hexane. The concentration of elemental sulfur C was linear with lg (F0 / F) within the range of 1.0-50.0μg · mL-1. The detection limit was 0.3μg · mL- The average recovery was 103 ± 4.4%. The intra-day and inter-day precision was 1.8% -7.2%.
