应用热力耦合有限元法 ,建立了 H型钢万能热轧过程的数学模型 ,模拟了不同轧制参数下的热轧变形过程。结果表明 ,H型钢的腹板和翼缘在变形过程中有很强的相互牵制作用 ,交界处金属在不同时刻发生双向流动 ;增大翼缘压下率有助于翼缘宽展 ,并降低腹板出口后的纵向残余压应力。
The thermodynamic coupled finite element method is used to establish the mathematical model of the universal hot rolling process of H-section steel and simulate the hot-rolling deformation process under different rolling parameters. The results show that the webs and flanges of H-section steel have a strong mutual restraint effect during the deformation process, and the metal at the interface flows bidirectionally at different times. Increasing the flange reduction ratio helps to widen the flange and reduce Longitudinal residual compressive stress after web exit.
