已知荠菜(Capsella bursa-pastoris Medic.)含有胆碱、乙酰胆碱、酪胺、有机酸(苹果酸、酒石酸、原儿茶酸和荠菜酸)、皂甙、维生素(A、B_2、C、K)和黄酮甙,但是对黄酮甙的成分还缺乏详细的资料。作者研究了荠菜不同发育时期中各个器官中黄酮类物质的成分及含量。将荠菜每种器官制成乙醇提取液。除根的提取液外,其它各器官的提取液对花青素反应均呈阳性。用纸层析法进行黄酮类成分的定性测定,展开剂用正丁醇-乙酸-水(4∶1∶5),以日光、紫外线或0.5%三氯化铝乙醇溶液喷雾显色时,各地上器官的层析谱均出现三个斑点,Rf值分别为0.7、0.57和0.35。Rf=0.7者与路丁相符;Rf=0.57者为橙皮甙;
Capsella bursa-pastoris Medic.
