基于ZMK5530TZJ60(A)车载钻机、127/70 mm双壁钻具、大口径试验钻孔施工方法等条件,设计了710/311 mm扩孔用集束式反循环潜孔锤。该扩孔用集束式反循环潜孔锤是由3个常规正循环冲击器与215.9 mm潜孔锤钻头均布在同一圆周面上组合而成。在现场钻进试验过程中,其反循环效果良好,最高机械钻速为4 m/h,平均机械钻速达2.1 m/h,与同条件下常规牙轮钻头扩孔方法相比,提高了2.6倍。现场试验结果表明该710/311 mm扩孔用集束式反循环潜孔锤总体结构设计较为合理,同时也为下一步的改进设计提供了试验依据。
Based on ZMK5530TZJ60 (A) vehicle drilling rig, 127 / 70 mm double-walled drilling tools, large diameter test drilling method and other conditions, a counterbore counterbore hammer with 710 / 311 mm reaming was designed. The reaming hole with a counter-circulating anti-hammer hammer is composed of three conventional positive impactors and 215.9 mm DTH hammer bits are uniformly arranged on the same circumference. In the field drilling test, the reverse circulation effect is good. The maximum ROP is 4 m / h and the average ROP is 2.1 m / h, which is 2.6 higher than that of conventional roller cone reaming method under the same conditions Times Field test results show that the overall design of the 710 / 311 mm reaming shrinkage retrograde downhole hammer is more reasonable, and provides the experimental basis for further improvement design.
