目的：评估晶状体异物的治疗。方法：对5年间32例36眼晶状体异物的不同治疗做以回顾性分析。结果：对晶状体异物的治疗只有尽早取出异物、搞出晶状体、争取I期植入人工晶状体，才可能尽早获得双眼立体视。结论：此观点得到基础理论上的支持。
Objective: To evaluate the treatment of lens foreign body. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the different treatment of 32 cases of 36 foreign bodies in 5 years. Results: The treatment of foreign body as soon as possible only remove the foreign body, out of the lens, for I phase implanted intraocular lens, it may as soon as possible to obtain binocular stereoscopy. Conclusion: This view has been the basic theoretical support.
