以硬叶兜兰、白芨、春兰、球花石斛为试材,研究了高温胁迫对这4种兰科植物叶绿素荧光参数的影响,以期为兰科植物保育和栽培提供科学依据。结果表明:在45℃高温胁迫下,硬叶兜兰、白芨、春兰、球花石斛4种兰科植物随着胁迫时间的延长,Fv/Fm和Yield值都不断下降。硬叶兜兰Fv/Fm和Yield值下降较缓慢,其次是球花石斛,最后是春兰和白芨。通过叶绿素荧光参数与胁迫时间相关性分析可得,4种兰科植物的Fv/Fm、Yield值和胁迫时间存在显著负相关和极显著负相关性,硬叶兜兰、白芨、春兰的Fv/Fm、Yield值和胁迫时间存在极显著负相关(P<0.01),球花石斛的Fv/Fm、Yield值和胁迫时间存在显著负相关(P<0.05),连续的高温胁迫会使兰科植物的光合机构受到严重损伤。
The effects of high temperature stress on the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of four orchidaceous plants were studied with Sclaterpophylla, Pterocarya stenoptera, Chunlan and Dendrobium candidum as materials to provide scientific basis for the conservation and cultivation of orchids. The results showed that the Fv / Fm and Yield values of 4 species of Orchidaceae, Paphiola middles, Chamomile, Dendrobium nobile were decreased with the prolongation of stress time under high temperature stress of 45 ℃. Paphiopedilum Fv / Fm and Yield values decreased more slowly, followed by Globus Dendrobium, and finally Chunlan and catfish. According to the correlation analysis between chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and stress time, Fv / Fm, Yield value and stress time of four ornaceae plants showed significant negative correlation and extremely significant negative correlation. The Fv / There was a significant negative correlation between Fm, Yield value and stress time (P <0.01). There was a significant negative correlation between Fm and Fm, Yield value and stress duration of D. lupulus (P <0.05) Photosynthetic apparatus has been severely damaged.
