对于现代企业来说,如何将人力资源规划纳入企业发展战略之中,构建健全、规范的绩效管理与薪酬管理体系,改变原有人资管理体系的刚性管理模式,提高管理效率,是亟待解决的重要问题。所谓的柔性管理,就是指企业秉承“以人为中心”的思想,按照企业共有的价值观、精神氛围、文化理念,对员工进行人格化管理,它具有四个显著特征,即快速适应性、激励有效性、影响持久性与内在驱动型。企业若想长久发展,势必要给予柔性人力资源管理高度重视,必须组建一支专业能力强、综合素质高的员工队伍,制定灵活、健全的激励体系,以增强自身的市场竞争力。
