[方法]将新烟碱类杀虫剂活性基团2-氯-5-噻唑甲基引入邻甲酰胺基苯甲酰胺类杀虫剂结构中,合成含氯代噻唑甲氧基氯虫苯甲酰胺类化合物。[结果]通过液质联用、核磁氢谱、元素分析手段确定了结构。生测试验表明:目标化合物在质量浓度为1 mg/L时,对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)的致死率均为100%;在质量浓度为100 mg/L时,对桃蚜(Myzus persicae)致死率为100%;在10 mg/L质量浓度下对稻飞虱(Laodelphax striatellus)的校正死亡率普遍在80%以上。[结论]所合成化合物杀虫活性优良,具有开发价值。
[Method] The neonicotinoid insecticide active group 2-chloro-5-thiazolylmethyl was introduced into the structure of o-formamidobenzamide insecticides to synthesize chlorothiazole methoxychlorfen Amides. [Result] The structure was confirmed by LC-MS, 1H-NMR and elemental analysis. The bioassay results showed that the lethality of the target compound to Plutella xylostella was 100% at the concentration of 1 mg / L and that of Myzus persicae at the concentration of 100 mg / L The rate was 100%. The corrected mortality of Laodelphax striatellus at 10 mg / L was generally over 80%. [Conclusion] The synthesized compounds have good insecticidal activity and development value.
