目的:探讨中药各类毒性成分中毒机制及炮制减毒原理。方法:选取含有毒性成分的山慈菇、草乌、吕宋果、白花曼陀罗四种中药作为研究对象,将上述中药各取50g设为炮制组,对上述中药进行炮制减毒处理,另将上述中药各取50g设为对照组,不进行炮制减毒处理,对比两组中药毒性状况,并总结出中药各类毒性成分中毒机制及解毒原理状况。结果:炮制组山慈菇、草乌、吕宋果、白花曼陀罗中毒性成分含量与对照组相比明显较低,P<0.05,差异具备统计学意义。结论:炮制减毒后能有效减少中药中毒性成分含量,提高患者用药安全性。
Objective: To explore the poisoning mechanism of all kinds of toxic components of traditional Chinese medicine and the principles of processing and attenuating. Methods: Four kinds of traditional Chinese medicines such as Agaricus Blazei, Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, Fructus Lycii and Datura meridianum were selected as the research objects. Fifty grams of each of the above traditional Chinese medicines were taken as the processed group, and the above traditional Chinese medicines were processed and attenuated. 50g of each of the above Chinese herbs was taken as a control group, no processing and attenuated treatment was conducted, and the toxicity status of the two groups of Chinese medicines was compared with that of the traditional Chinese medicines. The poisoning mechanism and the principle of detoxification were summarized. Results: Compared with the control group, the content of toxic components in the roots, the roots, the fruits of Lucerne, the flowers of Datura metella in the processing group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions: After processing attenuated can effectively reduce the content of toxic components of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the safety of patients.
