目的:对细毡毛忍冬的化学成分进行研究,为其特征性成分的筛选奠定基础。方法:采用大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、凝胶色谱等方法进行成分的分离纯化;运用1H-NMR、13C-NMR等波谱技术并结合文献对比确定其结构。结果:从细毡毛忍冬中分离得到9个单体化合物,分别为:5-羟基-7,4’-二甲氧基黄酮(Ⅰ)、芦丁(Ⅱ)、槲皮素(Ⅲ)、穗花杉双黄酮(Ⅳ)、秦皮乙素(Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅵ)、5-羟基-7,3’,4’-三甲氧基黄酮(Ⅶ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅷ)、β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅶ~Ⅸ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Lonicera macranthoides and lay the foundation for the screening of its characteristic components. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by macroporous resin, silica gel column chromatography and gel chromatography. Their structures were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and other related literature. Results: Nine monomer compounds were isolated from the cells of Fritillaria nivalis: 5-hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxyflavone (Ⅰ), rutin (Ⅱ), quercetin (Ⅲ) (Ⅳ), aesculin (Ⅴ), β-sitosterol (Ⅵ), 5-hydroxy-7,3 ’, 4’-trimethoxyflavone (Ⅶ), oleanolic acid , Beta-daucosterol (Ⅸ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅶ ~ Ⅸ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
