以健康需求为靶向的非粮主粮化健康食品具有较高市场细分价值,高位势质量安全品牌治理是此类产品实现市场价值的有效方式。以西部民族地区非粮主粮化健康食品供应链品牌治理为对象,构建了西部民族地区非粮主粮化健康食品供应链品牌治理模式,并基于改进的层次分析法(AHP)与模糊综合评价法(FCE)对该模式进行绩效评价。由评价结果得出西部民族地区非粮主粮化健康食品供应链品牌治理模式对企业契合市场趋势具有较高的实用价值,使企业质量安全管理更具战略性。
Health-oriented demand-based non-food staple food health foods have a higher market segmentation value, high potential quality and safety brand management is an effective way for such products to achieve market value. Taking the brand management of non-food staple food health food supply chain in the western minority area as an object, this paper constructs the brand management mode of the non-food staple food health food supply chain in the western minority area. Based on the improved analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation FCE) performance evaluation of the model. From the evaluation results, it can be concluded that the brand management mode of non-food staple food supply chain in the western minority area is of high practical value to fit the market trend and make the quality and safety management of the enterprise more strategic.
