目的:研究并分析人性化管理模式在护理管理中的运用价值。方法:选取2014年3月到2017年3月期间来我院就诊的40例患者和在我院工作的36名护理人员作为研究对象。对所有患者实施人性化管理模式,对比护理人员和患者在实施前后的护理满意度。结果:对比实施前后护理人员的满意度,实施后明显优于实施前,组间差异显著,且p<0.05;实施后患者的满意度相比于实施前,组间数据呈现为p<0.05。结论:对护理人员和患者而言,在护理管理中实施人性化管理模式可有效的将满意度提高,值得临床上借鉴以及进一步普及。
Objective: To study and analyze the value of humanized management in nursing management. Methods: Forty patients who came to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 and 36 nurses who worked in our hospital were selected as the research object. All patients were implemented humane management, nursing staff and patients before and after the implementation of nursing satisfaction. Results: Before and after the implementation of the nursing staff satisfaction, implementation was significantly better than before the implementation of significant differences between groups, and p <0.05; satisfaction after the implementation compared to before the implementation of the inter-group data showed p <0.05. Conclusion: For nursing staff and patients, implementing humane management mode in nursing management can effectively improve satisfaction, which is worth clinical reference and further popularization.
