工频炉炉衬的修补,大部分为大修、中修及小修(或者是大修及小修)几种。其中,小修往往是在炉底或感应器部分因高温铁水长期冲刷而使炉衬减薄至使功率过高进行的。其方法就是将需修补位置烧结层面上的炉渣彻底清除(有时还剔除部分烧结层),再从内面重新打结一层。而对于感应器以上部位、从炉口往下500~600毫米的位置出现渗漏时,将此处炉衬全部拆除,再对此处重新打筑却不多(目前我们还未见这类报导)。
Power frequency furnace lining repair, most of the overhaul, repair and minor repair (or overhaul and minor repair) several.
