从焊接效率、焊缝质量和力学性能等方面,比较了双丝和单丝MIG焊接机器人对铝型材焊接的适用性。对于焊接4V坡口型材,双丝比单丝焊接的焊丝熔化效率提高近1倍,而焊接热输入量降低了约18%,保护气体用量节约33%,焊缝抗拉强度提高约10~15MPa,非常适合轨道车辆中的长直焊缝的焊接。另一方面,双丝自动焊接机器人对操作者和设备本身要求更高,目前在轨道车辆行业普及程度并不高。因此,双丝取代单丝焊接仍需要一个长期的过程。
From the aspects of welding efficiency, weld quality and mechanical properties, the applicability of double-wire and single-wire MIG welding robots to aluminum profile welding was compared. For 4V bevel profiles, the melting efficiency of double wire is about double that of single wire welding, while the welding heat input is reduced by about 18%, the amount of shielding gas is saved by 33% and the weld tensile strength is increased by about 10 ~ 15MPa , Is ideal for long straight welds in rail vehicles. On the other hand, double-wire automatic welding robots require a higher degree of operator and equipment itself, and are currently not widely spread in the rail vehicle industry. Therefore, double wire replacement monofilament welding still requires a long-term process.
