目的观察并探讨突发性聋患者4种突聋分型与伴发单侧前庭功能障碍的关系。方法回顾性研究我院2015年01月~2016年06月收治的122例(122耳)突发性聋患者的听力学及前庭功能检查,根据中国突发性聋分型治疗的多中心临床研究中的分型标准进行分型,即按照听力曲线分为低中频下降型,中高频下降型,平坦型和全聋型4种类型。依据分型观察各类型单侧前庭功能发生障碍的分布特点。结果 122例患者(均选择单耳发病)低中频下降型50例(41.0%),中高频下降型16例(13.1%),平坦型34例(27.9%),全聋型22例(18.0%)。其中前庭功能发生障碍患者在每个分型中的占比分别为:低中频下降型16例(32.0%),中高频下降型6例(37.5%),平坦型16例(47.1%),全聋型6例(27.3%)。各型之间单侧前庭功能障碍率的比较,差异不具有统计学意义(χ~2=2.892,P=0.409>0.05)。结论不同听力曲线类型的突发性聋患者发生单侧前庭功能障碍的概率无明显区别。突发性聋发生时前庭器官及其功能受到的影响与听力曲线的分型可能不存在必然联系。
Objective To observe and discuss the relationship between four types of sudden deafness and unilateral vestibular dysfunction in patients with sudden deafness. Methods A retrospective study of 122 cases (122 ears) of sudden hearing loss and hearing loss in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 was performed. Among them, 16 cases (32.0%) had low and medium frequency descending type, 6 cases (37.5%) had middle-high frequency descending type and 16 cases (47.1%) flat type Deaf in 6 cases (27.3%). There was no significant difference in the rate of unilateral vestibular dysfunction among various types (χ ~ 2 = 2.892, P = 0.409> 0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the probability of unilateral vestibular dysfunction among sudden hearing loss patients with different hearing curves. There may be no necessary relationship between the impact of forensic organs and their function when sudden deafness occurs and the typing of hearing curve.
