结论 60 岁以上老年人血清铁、镁、锌及铜有年龄及性别差异, 应根据年龄、性别分别建立长春地区60 岁以上老年人微量元素的参考区间.“,”Objective To establish reference intervals for serum trace elements in older persons in Changchun. Methods On the basis of WS/T 402-2012, a total of 1551 healthy older persons were enrolled and were grouped according to age and sex. Serum iron, magnesium, zinc and copper were measured by HITACHI 7600 -210 automatic biochemical analyzer. Data were ana-lyzed using SPSS 21. 0 software. Results Serum iron and zinc level decreased gradually, and serum copper level increased with age. The reference intervals for four trace elements varied with age. The reference intervals for serum magnesium, zinc and copper varied with sex. The serum iron reference intervals for persons aged 60 ~79 years, 80 ~89 years, and 90 ~99 years were 4. 20 ~32. 66 μmol/L, 0. 98~30. 61 μmol/L, and 1. 43~26. 7 μmol/L, respectively. The serum magnesium reference intervals for persons aged 60~99 years (men) and 80~99 years (women), and 60~79 years (women) were 0. 71~1. 15 mmol/L, and 0. 80~1. 09 mmol/L, respectively. The serum zinc reference intervals for persons aged 60~69 years (men), 60~89 years ( women), 70~99 years (men), and 90~99 years (women) were 6. 41 ~13. 77 μmol/L, 6. 15 ~14. 09 μmol/L, 5. 05 ~12. 90 μmol/L, and 4. 00 ~12. 43 μmol/L, respectively. The serum copper reference intervals for persons aged 60~79 years (men), 60~89 years (women), 80~99 years (men), and 90~99 years ( women) were 9. 28~25. 97 μmol/L, 11. 40~25. 16 μmol/L, 10. 92~29. 77 μmol/L, and 8. 34~27. 35 μmol/L, respectively. Conclusion The reference intervals for serum iron, magnesium, zinc, and copper levels vary among older persons. The reference intervals for serum trace elements should be established according to age and sex in older per-sons.
