为探索硒肥浸种对高粱的效应,以高粱品种‘晋杂18号’为材料,采用室内发芽试验,研究了不同浓度亚硒酸钠浸种对高粱种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响;同时通过田间试验,研究了不同浓度亚硒酸钠溶液浸种对高粱产量和籽粒硒含量的影响。结果表明:用0.1~0.5 mg Se/L的亚硒酸钠溶液对‘晋杂18号’浸种,能够显著提高种子发芽势、发芽率和活力指数,能够促进幼根、幼芽的生长;亚硒酸钠浸种对产量无明显影响,对提高高粱籽粒硒含量有促进作用,但差异不显著。亚硒酸钠浸种能够作为提高高粱籽粒硒含量的一项辅助措施。
In order to explore the effect of selenium fertilizer soaking on sorghum, sorghum variety ’Jinza 18’ was used as materials to study the effect of different concentrations of sodium selenite soaking on the germination and seedling growth of sorghum seedlings. At the same time, The effects of different concentrations of sodium selenite solution on sorghum yield and grain selenium content were studied. The results showed that soaking the seeds of ’Jinza 18’ with 0.1-0.5 mg Se / L sodium selenite solution could significantly increase the seed germination potential, germination rate and vigor index, and promote the growth of young roots and young shoots. Seed soaking with sodium selenite had no significant effect on the yield, which could promote the selenium content of sorghum grain, but the difference was not significant. Seed soaking with sodium selenite can be used as a supplementary measure to increase selenium content in sorghum grains.
