In the Spring and Autumn Period of the Republic of China, “Luo Jialun presided over the Central University” was published. It refers to Luo Jialun’s participation in the May 4th Movement in 1919 and the “Declaration of the Beijing Academic Community” drafted. The only print leaflet in Beijing on May 4 was first proposed ’May Fourth Movement’ ’. This statement differs from historical facts. Luo Jialun was indeed the drafter of the “Declaration,” but did not mention in the manifesto the term “May Fourth Movement,” which first appeared in his “Weekly Review”: “Spirit of the May Fourth Movement” A text.
