永磁盘式磁选机具有节能、维修方便和磁选空间大等优点,而磁盘的磁场强度、有效磁选面积和盘间距都是影响永磁盘式磁选机性能的重要因素。运用SOLIDWORKS 2007软件建立了新型永磁盘式磁选机磁盘三维模型,通过磁场力理论公式计算,并运用有限元COSMOS对磁盘进行三维有限元计算,获得了磁盘在设定磁场强度下的变形特征和应力分布情况,得出了合理的磁盘结构及安全厚度,为新型永磁盘式磁选机磁块选择及整机的设计与研究提供了理论依据。
Permanent magnetic disk separator has the advantages of energy saving, easy maintenance and large magnetic separation space. The magnetic field strength, effective magnetic separation area and disk spacing are important factors affecting the performance of permanent magnetic disk separator. By using SOLIDWORKS 2007 software, a new three-dimensional magnetic disk model of permanent magnet disk separator was established. The magnetic field force theory formula was used to calculate the deformation of the disk under the set magnetic field strength by finite element COSMOS. Stress distribution, obtained a reasonable disk structure and safety thickness, for the new permanent magnet disk magnetic separator selection and machine design and research provide a theoretical basis.
