针对新型超(超)临界循环流化床锅炉炉型——环形炉膛六回路循环流化床进行冷态实验研究,考察结构布置对炉膛内颗粒浓度轴向分布和六循环回路间气固流动不均匀特性的影响.实验结果表明,悬吊屏布置、六分离器对称布置方式和环形炉膛内环结构均对环形炉膛颗粒浓度轴向分布影响很小;布置悬吊屏、将六分离器布置方式由轴对称改为中心对称以及将环形炉膛内环结构由双水冷柱改为单水冷柱均对六回路循环流率的不均匀分布有改善作用,但改善作用有限且不改变六回路循环流率的分布规律;通过与已有的研究对比,推断出影响六回路循环流率分布均匀性的关键结构因素可能在于两端分离器的布置方式和炉膛外环切角结构.“,”Cold experiments were conducted on a circulating fluidize bed(CFB) with annular furnace and six circulating loops to study the effect of structural arrangements on gas-solid flow in the annular furnace and flow non-uniformity among six loops.The results show that suspended surfaces,symmetric mode of the six cyclones and the inner ring structure of annular furnace have little effect on the axial distribution of solid volume fraction in the furnace.The existence of suspended surface,centrosymmetric arrangement of the six cyclones vs axisymmetric arrangement,and the single pillar structure vs the two pillars structure are benefit for the improvement of non-uniform distribution of circulating rates among six loops.But the improvement is limited,and the distribution regularity of circulating rates among six loops is not changed.It can be inferred from the comparison of past study with this work that the key factors influencing the distribution uniformity of circulating rates among six loops should be the layout of the cyclones at ends and the chamfer structure of the outer walls.
