目前认为在治疗细菌性感染中,抗生素对吞噬细胞的作用非常重要。抗生素能否渗入细胞内杀伤细菌,已有不少学者用粒细胞作过研究,并证明青霉素G在粒细胞内没有活性,但至今尚未见有任何人提及青霉素G对单核细胞吞噬的金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)的作用。本文在这方面进行了研究。得自健康人外周血经肝素(O.5U/m1)洗4次后,用HBSS稀释成10’/ml浓度。金葡菌(420型)先在10%AB型血清中,37℃孵育30分钟作为预处理,继而1500g离心10分钟,以冰冷的HBSS明胶洗2次,最后用HBSS明胶将菌稀释成10’/ml浓度。实验时将等量的单核细胞和金葡菌混合,37℃孵育
