本文采用分子生物学方法,观察了NOSmRNA在Wistar大鼠DND模型中的表达,对NO与DND模型中PCD的关系进行了研究。结果发现:NOSmRNA在正常组织中即存在,缺血期可能是表达高峰期。提示:NO在DND过程中可能是启动PCD死亡基因,导致选择性易损神经细胞发生PCD的重要外在因素之一。
In this paper, the molecular biology method was used to observe the expression of NOSmRNA in DND model of Wistar rats, and the relationship between NO and PCD in DND model was studied. The results showed that: NOSmRNA in normal tissue that exists, the ischemic period may be the peak expression. It is suggested that NO may be one of the most important extrinsic factors that cause PCD death in DND process and cause PCD in selective vulnerable neurons.
