油气水三相混输管道的压降计算是油气管道设计和生产运行方案制定的基础。为了评价并提高不同压降模型的计算精度,设计了一套能准确监测某油田油气水混输管道运行参数的数据采集系统。在此基础上,对常用的Beggs-Brill模型进行了压降计算,但存在较大误差。采用最小二乘法对模型进行修正,Beggs-Brill修正模型将误差由32.79%降低到9.54%,Beggs-Brill修正模型有效提高了计算精度。
The pressure drop calculation of oil-gas-water three-phase mixed pipelines is the foundation for the design of oil and gas pipelines and the production and operation plan. In order to evaluate and improve the calculation accuracy of different pressure drop models, a data acquisition system is designed to accurately monitor the operation parameters of oil-gas-water mixed pipelines in an oilfield. On this basis, the pressure drop calculation of the commonly used Beggs-Brill model is carried out, but there is a big error. The least square method was used to correct the model. The Beggs-Brill correction model reduced the error from 32.79% to 9.54%, and the Beggs-Brill correction model effectively improved the calculation accuracy.
