以学校食堂用塑料托盘为例,用MOLDFLOW软件模拟制件在模腔内流动与保压过程,由于制件尺寸大而薄,在生产中很易由于保压不均匀而导致制件各部位体收缩不一致,从而产生严重的翘曲变形。通过对保压曲线的优化,得到了最佳的保压曲线,很大程度上减小了制件的翘曲变形量。对减小翘曲变形的保压曲线优化给予了原则上的说明,同时也说明了影响翘曲变形的各个因素之间的相互联系。
