采用金相分析、拉伸实验、动态机械热分析等方法,研究了均匀化和未均匀化的AZ61镁合金在一次挤压态、二次挤压态及锻造态下的显微组织、力学性能和阻尼性能.结果表明:AZ61镁合金经3种塑性加工工艺后不同变形态之间的力学性能差别不大,但阻尼性能发生了显著变化;当应变振幅为5×10-3时,锻造态AZ61镁合金的阻尼性能相对于二次挤压态提高了5倍多.加工工艺对AZ61镁合金阻尼性能的影响规律可由Granato-Lu¨cke理论得到很好的解释.
The microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy homogenized and unhomogeneous in one-time extrusion, two-time extrusion and forging were studied by means of metallographic analysis, tensile test and dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. The results show that the mechanical properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy after different plastic deformation processes are similar, but the damping properties change significantly. When the strain amplitude is 5 × 10-3, The damping property of AZ61 magnesium alloy is more than 5 times higher than that of the secondary compression state.The influence law of the processing technology on the damping performance of AZ61 magnesium alloy can be well explained by Granato-Lu¨cke theory.
