目的：研究和寻找精密而简便的测定杞菊地黄丸中丹皮酚的含量的方法。方法：采用紫外可见分光光度法中的系数倍率法，测定波长为２４４ｎｍ、２７４ｎｍ．结果：在３０１８～８０４８μｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内呈良好线性关系，回归方程Ｙ＝００１５１７＋００６０９６Ｘ，ｒ＝０９９９８。平均回收率为９９４５％（ＲＳＤ＝０８３％，ｎ＝５）。结论：方法简便、快速、准确，可作为样品的检测方法。 Objective: To study and find a precise and simple method for the determination of paeonol in Qi Ju Di Huang Wan. Methods: The coefficient of magnification in UV-Vis spectrophotometry was used to determine the wavelength of 244nm and 274nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of 3018 ~ 8048 μg / ml. The regression equation was Y = 001517 +006096X, r = 09998. The average recovery was 99.45% (RSD = 083%, n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a sample detection method.
