用彩色B超检测仪检测了25例NIDDM病人及10例对照者的双侧肾动脉血流,同时测血清生长激素(GH)及肌酐清除率(Ccr),发现Ccr正常的NIDDM患者其肾血流量较对照组为高(P<0.05),其GH与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。发现Ccr减低组不仅其肾血流较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),RI较对照组明显增高(P<0.05)。其GH较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),认为GH并不是NIDDM早期肾血流增加的主要原因,而GH的升高则参与了糖尿病肾血管病变的发生、发展过程。
Bilateral renal artery blood flow was measured in 25 patients with NIDDM and 10 controls by color B ultrasound detector. Serum GH and creatinine clearance rate (Ccr) were measured at the same time. The renal blood of NIDDM patients with normal Ccr The flow rate was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference between the GH and the control group (P> 0.05). It was found that not only the renal blood flow of Ccr reduced group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.01), but also RI was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The GH was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05), that GH is not the main reason for the increased renal blood flow in early NIDDM, and elevated GH is involved in the occurrence and development of diabetic renal disease.
