目的 测定Balb/c小鼠小肠慢波活动 ,并观察慢波的起搏细胞肠肌间丛Cajal间质细胞的分布特征。方法 选取成年Balb/c小鼠 ,在体记录小肠慢波活动的频率与振幅 ;通过小肠肌条切片和铺片 ,以c kit作为其标记 ,采用免疫组化法观察肠肌间丛Cajal间质细胞的分布情况。结果 Balb/c小鼠小肠慢波频率为 (7.8± 2 )次 /min ,振幅为 0 .4± 0 .0 7mV ;肠肌间丛Cajal间质细胞分布在小肠环肌层纵肌层间 ,呈网状分布特征。结论 Balb/c小鼠小肠存在慢波活动 ,肠肌间丛Cajal间质细胞的网络状分布特征可能与其产生和传导肠道慢波有重要关系。
Objective To determine the intestinal slow wave activity in Balb / c mice and observe the distribution of Cajal interstitial cells in the slow interstitial cells of the pacemaker cells of Balb / c mice. Methods Adult Balb / c mice were used to record the frequency and amplitude of slow wave activity in the small intestine. The distribution of Cajal interstitial cells in the interstitial cells may be related to the generation and transmission of intestinal slow wave.
