介绍一种利用低成本视频会议系统和低消耗通讯费用构成的远程专家会诊系统。该系统具有病人预约信息登录、传送，图文资料获取、校正、传送，两地动态图像实时显示、白板等功能，基本满足远程会诊的要求。
This paper introduces a remote expert consultation system composed of low-cost video conference system and low consumption communication cost. The system has the functions of patient registration information registration, transmission, acquisition of graphic and document data, correction and transmission, real-time display of dynamic images in two places, whiteboard and other functions, which basically meet the requirements of remote consultation.
