中国计量科学研究院建立了一套用于测量固体物质摩尔热容的中温自动绝热量热装置,针对这套装置,设计开发了基于Lab VIEW的数据处理系统。文章详细阐述了温差修正原理及相关程序的编写,分析了量热装置内的漏热状况。利用自动绝热量热装置进行条件实验,以测量重复性为考查指标,探索了最佳加热时间与加热电流,并探讨了加热时间和加热电流对温升、升温速率和热容的影响。考查了量热装置测量热容的再现性,从而证明了装置的可靠性。
China Institute of Metrology established a mid-temperature automatic thermal insulation calorimeter for measuring the molar heat capacity of solid materials. For this device, a data processing system based on Lab VIEW was designed and developed. The paper elaborates the principle of temperature difference correction and the preparation of related programs, and analyzes the heat leakage in the calorimeter. The condition experiment was carried out by means of automatic adiabatic calorimeter. The repeatability was measured as index to explore the optimal heating time and heating current, and the effects of heating time and heating current on temperature rise, heating rate and heat capacity were discussed. Examined the reproducibility of the calorimeter measurement of heat capacity, which proves the reliability of the device.
