目的:研究麻黄细辛附子汤对肾阳虚外感小鼠肺组织脂质异常代谢的调节作用。方法:采用腹腔注射雌二醇方法复制肾阳虚小鼠,H1N1滴鼻感染肾阳虚小鼠,建立肾阳虚外感小鼠模型,进而以MXF给药干预;记录小鼠的体质量、肛温等药理指标,末次给药24h后采集肺组织样本,采用UHPLC-QE/MS/MS检测。结果:正常组、模型组和麻黄细辛附子汤组小鼠的肺组织脂质谱分离良好,并鉴定出17个潜在生物标志物,主要为甘油磷脂类和甘油酯类物质,麻黄细辛附子汤对肺组织中部分异常代谢的脂质具有明显的改善作用。结论:通过对这些差异性代谢物生理功能的分析,并结合测定的药理指标,推测麻黄细辛附子汤可能通过能量代谢的代偿性调节,改善甘油磷脂和花生四烯酸代谢等途径发挥药效。
Objective: To study the regulation effect of ephedra asarum aconite decoction on dyslipidemia of lung in mice with deficiency of yin deficiency. Methods: The mice with kidney-yang deficiency were injected intraperitoneally with estradiol. H1N1 was intranasally infected with kidney-yang deficiency mice to establish the mouse model of exogenous kidney-yang deficiency and the intervention with MXF. The body weight of mice and anal Temperature and other pharmacological indicators, 24h after the last administration of lung tissue samples were collected, using UHPLC-QE / MS / MS detection. Results: The lung tissue lipids of normal mice, model group and ephedra asarum aconitum group were well separated and 17 potential biomarkers were identified, mainly glycerophospholipids and glycerol esters.
