在传统的体育教学中,一提到田径运动,很多学生都存在害怕和抵触心理。一方面因为他们觉得跑步非常累,另一方面他们认为田径是副课,且比较乏味单调。为改善这一现象,教师在课堂上必须开展高效教学,先让学生对田径产生趣味,然后再进行学习。
In traditional sports teaching, when it comes to track and field, many students are afraid of and confrontational. On the one hand, they think running is very tired. On the other hand, they think track and field is an auxiliary class and it is rather boring and dull. In order to ameliorate this phenomenon, teachers must carry out effective teaching in the classroom, let students have fun in track and field, and then study again.
