现代地方文献具有很强的使用价值和保存价值,对于社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设起着不可忽视的作用。地方高校图书馆以其巨大的文献信息资源优势成为“学校信息化和社会信息化的重要基地”。为更好地保存好这些珍贵的文献资料,我们必须认真做好地方文献的征集工作。没有搜集,便没有馆藏,更没有整理、加工和开发利用。搜集,也恰恰是制约许多地方高校图书馆地方文献工作开展的最大难点。本文仅就现代地方文献搜集作一点粗浅的探讨。 Modern local literature has strong use value and preservation value, plays an important role for the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization. Local university libraries have become “an important base for school informatization and social informatization” with its huge advantage of literature and information resources. In order to better preserve these precious documents and materials, we must conscientiously do a good job collecting the local literature.
