目的 探讨Ki 67、p5 3和c erbB 2在涎腺肿瘤中的表达及意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法对 3 2例涎腺良、恶性肿瘤的Ki 67、p5 3和c erbB 2基因蛋白表达进行研究。 结果 Ki 67在涎腺肿瘤中的总阳性表达率为 5 7.2 % ,其中Warthin瘤为11.2 % ,多形性腺瘤为 8.3 % ,粘液表皮样癌为 18.3 % ,腺样囊性癌为 19.4% ,涎腺良、恶性肿瘤的Ki 67阳性表达率存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。p5 3在涎腺肿瘤中的总阳性表达率为 60 .1% ,其中Warthin瘤为 9.1% ,多形性腺瘤为 8.4% ,粘液表皮样癌为2 1.0 % ,腺样囊性癌为 2 1.6% ,涎腺良、恶性肿瘤的 p5 3阳性表达率存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。c erbB 2在涎腺肿瘤中的总阳性表达率为 84.8% ,其中Warthin瘤为 16.7% ,多形性腺瘤为 18.5 % ,粘液表皮样癌为 2 3 .2 % ,腺样囊性癌为 2 6.4% ,涎腺良、恶性肿瘤的c erbB 2阳性表达率存在非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Ki 67、p5 3和c erbB 2对涎腺肿瘤的发生、发展起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Ki 67, p 5 3 and c erbB 2 in salivary gland tumors. Methods The expressions of Ki 67, p 5 3 and c erbB 2 proteins in 32 salivary gland benign and malignant tumors were studied by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression rate of Ki 67 in salivary gland tumors was 52.2%, of which Warthin 's tumor was 11.2%, pleomorphic adenoma was 8.3%, mucoepidermoid carcinoma was 18.3%, adenoid cystic carcinoma was 19.4% There was a significant difference in the Ki 67 positive rate between salivary gland benign and malignant tumors (P <0.05). The positive rate of p5 3 expression in salivary gland tumors was 60.1%, of which 9.1% for Warthin tumors, 8.4% for pleomorphic adenomas, 2.0% for mucoepidermoid carcinoma and 2 1.6 for adenoid cystic carcinoma %, There was a significant difference in the positive expression rates of p53 among salivary gland benign and malignant tumors (P <0.05). The positive rate of c erbB 2 expression in salivary gland tumors was 84.8%, including 16.7% in Warthin tumors, 18.5% in pleomorphic adenomas, 23.2% in mucoepidermoid carcinoma and 2% in adenoid cystic carcinoma 6.4%. The positive rates of c erbB 2 in benign and malignant salivary glands were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusions Ki 67, p5 3 and c erbB 2 play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of salivary gland tumors.
