目的探讨TNF-a、ICAM-1、IL-5在鼻息肉的发生发展过程中的作用。方法以健康者作对照(对照组),用Ellisa方法检测AR患者治疗前、后血清TNF-a、ICAM-1、IL-5水平。结果鼻息肉患者治疗前血清TNF-a含量较对照组明显升高,差异有显著性;治疗后较治疗前下降,但差异无显著性;鼻息肉患者治疗前血清ICAM-1、IL-5含量较对照组明显升高,差异有显著性;治疗后较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TNF-a、ICAM-1、IL-5在变应性炎症的发生、发展和治疗过程中发挥了重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of TNF-a, ICAM-1 and IL-5 in the development of nasal polyps. Methods Healthy controls were used as control group. The levels of TNF-a, ICAM-1 and IL-5 in serum of AR patients before and after treatment were detected by Ellisa method. Results The serum level of TNF-α in patients with nasal polyps before treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not significant. The levels of serum ICAM-1 and IL-5 in patients with nasal polyps before treatment Compared with the control group was significantly higher, the difference was significant; after treatment than before treatment decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion TNF-a, ICAM-1 and IL-5 play an important role in the development, development and treatment of allergic inflammation.
