使用H00Cr21Ni10奥氏体不锈钢焊丝焊接304不锈钢,研究560℃条件下焊缝熔敷金属在仲钼酸铵煅烧气氛中的氧化行为,采用扫描电子显微镜观察样品表面及断面的氧化物形貌,采用EDS对氧化产物进行元素含量分析。结果表明:埋覆于仲钼酸铵内的焊缝熔敷金属样品(相当于回转管炉炉管中部)经72 h氧化,其表面氧化物为致密均匀的结晶颗粒,样品截面氧化层/合金界面处形成了一层致密的Cr_2O_3氧化膜,从而阻止了金属基体被继续侵蚀;置于仲钼酸铵表面的样品(相当于炉气排出口)的耐蚀性较差。
The austenitic stainless steel welding wire H00Cr21Ni10 was used to weld 304 stainless steel.
