北仑河、披营河是中国和越南的界河,两国边界河段80公里。近年来,越方河岸已建设了较高标准的堤防护岸工程,我方河岸未建设工程而逐年发生塌岸,造成国土流失的严重问题。因此,做好北仑河、披劳河整治工程的规划,尽快抓好整治工作是一项十分紧迫的任务。广西水利水电勘测设计研究院于今年4月提出了《广西中越界河北仑河、披劳河(中国侧)整治工程规划报告》。广西区计委、水电厅于4月29日共同主持会议,对《报告》进行了初审。珠江水利委员会及珠委西江局、设计院南宁分院派专家代表参加了会议。参加会议的还有广西区计委、区外办、区边防委、水电厅、财政厅、航务局及所属有关单位。广西军区司令 Beilun River, Phnom Penh River is the boundary river between China and Vietnam, the border between the two countries 80 km.
